Now their employees have easy access to policies anytime anywhere.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All employees have a <strong>compliance app<\/strong> that provides:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>access to the company\u2019s policy library<\/li><li>summaries and FAQ for each policy<ul><li>advanced searches by topic\/tag with key points immediately displayed for all policies relating to the searched topic\u00a0<\/li><li>a <strong>chatbot that answers questions <\/strong>in plain language and directs employees to the applicable rule\u00a0<\/li><li>a <strong>chat line<\/strong> to receive help on policy interpretation from the compliance department\u00a0<\/li><li>data analytics on queries to monitor the most recurring\/critical topics\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>How we made a difference<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our <\/strong><strong>compliance app<\/strong><strong> to manage company policies&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our compliance app vastly improves the user experience, especially compared to the traditional method of storing policies as PDF files in a network repository.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The app streamlines the entire <strong>policy management process<\/strong>, including monitoring, and makes it much easier to prove the effective application of policies to the authorities if they ever come knocking.&nbsp;It provides employees<strong> fast access to whatever they\u2019re looking for in a policy<\/strong> and prompt answers to their queries, thus reducing the risk of misconduct.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Policies: main challenges Companies usually make their policies available on an intranet and hold training sessions for their employees.
