She coordinates a team that handles compliance management, using innovative digital systems for the integrated management of the compliance lifecycle.
She also deals with anti-corruption law, corporate compliance and liability under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. In particular, she provides advice to legal and compliance departments, boards of directors and supervisory bodies of major Italian groups and companies that belong to multinational groups. She assists them with:
- organisational models required under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, codes of ethics and compliance procedures
- anti-corruption policies and policies for the management of anti-corruption reports
- due diligence on the compliance of Italian and foreign target companies in M&A transactions
