The Legal Design approach involves a thorough review and reorganisation of documentation in terms of information architecture and graphic layout.
This approach maximises the effectiveness of communication to recipients, and consequently the creation of legal documentation, and can be applied to:
- policies and procedures;
- contracts;
- internal and external communications; and
- periodic reports.
Here at beLab we’ve decided to adopt this methodology by assembling a team that combines the legal skills of our lawyers with those of our designers; and as a result of this synergy of cross-disciplinary skills, our Legal Design Center was born!
